I create and maintain a series of websites for the Berlin-based production company BWGTBLD GmbH for many years, including their homepage, a merchandise shop and a non-public pitch deck tool.

The challenge for the homepage was to integrate a large number of video and image media in the most efficient way possible, which are displayed in excerpts or in their entirety in a custom video player. This required not only a dedicated asset loading strategy, but also the pre-processing of the extensive video data in terms of codec, compression, bit rate and much more. BWGTBLD also required a specially tailored WordPress backend that would allow their editors maximum flexibility.

Over the years, the websites underwent various enhancements and renovations, adding advanced filter and search functions and integrating a detailed publishing pipeline into the backend.

The pitch deck tool was based on Laravel and allows to quickly create, monitor and share pitches as well as the administration of the talents they represent along with their works.
